Today I decided to start a blog to become a source for the local real estate market and trends in Anne Arundel County and Surrounding areas in Md.

So I begin...

2014 Projected to be a Good Year for the housing market:

 Positive outlook due to some of the following factors

* Job Creation
*Mortgage rates still historically low
*Home Prices still show moderate to significant gains
* Consumer confidence on the rise

Some Mortgage Changes for 2014

*DODD-FRANK regulations go into effect January 2014

* Ability to Repay (ATR)
        - Stringent income requirements
        - Inclusions of all debt to income
        - 43% debt to income ratio cap
